WOYWW

Not much to show for my "Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesdsy" this week as the end of the month usually has me updating my Bullet Journal, 365 Challenge Journal and my end of month household accounts-I am sure you know how it is!

This is my Bullet Journal that I keep for each month.  It has a monthly diary on the left and on the right a To Do list, Next Month list, Longer Term list and  a Habit Tracker (the top right grid) which consists of Weight Watchers (been a Gold Member under target for almost 3 years), 6,000 steps I TRY to do each day, alcohol free days, meditation, sleep and RA symptoms.  Its not a pretty journal but over the past couple of years I have honed it to what works for me, easy to capture and document.

My 'pay the bills' job is keeping me rather busy at the moment and at the end of the day I am mentally and physically knackered (not easy when you are trying to manage Rheumatoid Arthritis) which means I haven't been able to make as many return desk visits in the past couple of weeks (sorry) and I haven't even got my 'Man Bites Dog' cards out this week-so no fortune telling for what oddness may happen this week!

I am sure normal service will return soon.

Happy crafting

  1. your end of month sounds very organised! Hope your pay the bills job eases so you can do a bit in the evenings - at least you are still getting your walks, however short. Happy WOYWW Helen #?

  2. Outline of your journal is a great layout. You've got a great plan for your daily routine. I think this weather plays a big part in RA and our health. Food/Exercise and hot baths relax me. I am enjoying the plan for today. STAYING HOME !!!
Have a great week and Happy WOYWW day #19

  6. Keeping on top of the day-to-day is no mean feat when one has a chronic condition... and what's on your desk definitely qualifies as 'work'.
    Happy WOYWW :)

  8. My bullet journal is also relatively simple - i used to do fancy pages, but it stopped being fun and bcame a chore and so wasnt really helpful. It is much more useful now. Thanks for sharing. Have a lovely week, with love and God Bless, Caro x (#30)
