Happy What's on your workdesk Wednesday. I actually have stuff on my desk!

Yep, sewing. My allotment jeans patches have worn out so I am patching the patches!! Never sure what I am doing but I refuse to throw stuff away until it's literally threadbare! I also ripped a large hole on the side by accidently snagging myself on a new raised strawberry growing system my plot neighbours built at the weekend.

but the main thing is that they are mended and I won't be worried about flashing anyone when I sit down for a coffee!! Also love to fellow Woywwer Neet and thanks to Jan for sorting out flowers etc. love this crafting community. kyla

Happy What's on your workdesk Wednesday. there is nowt on my desk today so thought I would share what I was doing last night instead. Dry after work and still light so that means...allotment! this is often my desk in the spring, sorting everything out.

we are lucky that on the site we get free wood chippings, so we weeded the path between ours and the neighbours plot and wheelbarrowed a load down to rechip the path for the season. only had time to do one side of the plot, hopefully there will be some chippings left and we can do the other over the next few weeks.

and my rhubarb is just starting to flourish (not forced, but its been warm so its early this year) so just started being able to do a few pickings. loads to do but a happy place. hope everyone is ok and hugs to fellow desker Neet. kyla

Happy What's on your workdesk Wednesday. I missed last week as it was hubbys birthday and sadly, he wasnt very well so i needed to look after him. luckily he was able to go out for a few hrs for a meal so that was good and he is much better now. The week before was the background i was making for his card (but couldnt show the card!). so here was the finished article.

I really liked the background and using the desk protector sheet as different layers, something I will deffo do again. hubby is a bass player in a band, hence the music references. this weeks desk is a mess!!!!

I tasked myself with sorting some stash out, lots of stamps, bits and bobs, tons of it! yes I know I could sell a lot but I have a mate who I think could use a lot of this in her crafting so apologies to her hubby....I may be visiting with a large bag!! Well I would rather someone I know who would use it have it as I have tended to change the sort of crafts i do these days. No Man Bites Dog cards this week as I quite frankly am not watching news at the moment. kyla
