WOYWW

Hello peeps.  How are you all keeping?  Well I hope.

On my desk this week is my 365 journal as I am trying to get ahead of the game and am already prepping Februarys backgrounds.

The truvia box is empty and it seems too good to throw away, so I am thinking of covering it, painting it and turning it into a treasure chest!  Not sure yet, just an idea I have floating around.

I will keep this short as I know fellow WOYWWers will have many desks to get round, but if you'd like a legal snoop around desks across the globe, feel free to join Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday here The Queen of WOYWW, the lovely Julia is very friendly (mad as a box of frogs if you meet her, but a lovely lass) and there are SO many of us loyal followers that you are bound to be inspired (I know I am).

Happy crafting

Kyla

  2. Happy WOYWW. February - you are annoyingly ahead of the game! I have so many boxes that I have kept in case I ever get round to using them again - but they are useful when I have something to post. Nearly used my supply up at Xmas. Ali x #27

  12. mad is in the eye of the beholder, I'mnot the one seeing treasure chests in empty sugar boxes, or hoarding weird cards...which coincidentally, make a fab starter for a novel! Loving the journal pages, my word, you're in danger of being prolific again this year!

  14. Thanks for your return visit, and a quick answer about the altered tin... I did give it a coat of gesso first... but the Fresco paints will take on just about anything - they are amazing!

  19. Hi Kyla!

Love the Man Bites Dog cards this week, though I'm not sure if I prefer to read it as Swinging Mayor, or Swinging Psychic!

Hoping you have a fantabulous week.... good luck with the truvia box, I look forward to seeing the finished article, however it may turn out.

  22. Love the background.

You could do the Truvia box in a Valentine theme and fill it full of chocolates or treats for a sweety. Just an idea.

Sorry I am a day late. Fighting the nasty flu.
