WOYWW

Happy hump day so that means sharing our desks for What's on your workdesk Wednesday.  This week (well last night) i was making a card, from, i think a die i cut at the last WOYWW crop!! I cut loads that day and they have stood me in good stead (probably Shaz, Helen or Julias!)-thanks ladies.

My 'Man bites dog' cards-i swear they were randomly drawn, i cannot bring myself to place them in any order to make a headline!! I will leave that to your imagination.

And an update from last week, these are the blanks i was covering with the tissue paper and 3 layers of yatch varnish! Took 3 days and boy did the house smell!!

So, What's on your workdesk this Wednesday?

  2. The MBD cards made me hoot - perfect for the departing Orange One, I think!! I’ve been the recipient of many die cuts from Crops too and am still using them! Hope you have a lovely Christmas away from the madness.

  3. Hi Kyla. Those finished pieces look lovely. Well done. Have you tried the Polyvine range of varnishes? I don't remember them making the house smell when John used to use them...
    Have a really Happy Christmas.
    Take care. God bless.

  4. Has to be "Naked Prez Attacks Wife - Stuns 1st Lady." Funny thing is, I can see it happening (bit OH! my eyes, MY EYES!!) Your final results look lovely, as expected. And I too have a few things I cut (or stamped) at WOYWW crop, even tho' it has been at LEAST 4 years since I went to one. Face it, we all have hoarding tendencies, but unlike most hoarders we do eventually begin to use things up, and find some joy in doing so!

Merry Christmas to all of WOYWW!

  5. Yes that Yatch varnish takes a while to dry and can be pretty potent but worth it in the end, how fab are they Kyla.
Wishing you all the best this Season, Happy WoywW Tracey #6

  9. Sorry I'm late it's been crazy here today, leaking washer and then fetching the Christmas order even the dogs didn't get their walk today but I'm here now. It's a wonder sometimes we're not all as high as a kite with the glue and stuff we use. The 'Man Bites dog@ just surprises me every time. Wishing you the best Christmas possible. Hugs, Angela x10x
