Morning all, time for what's on your workdesk Wednesday update. Only a quick post as a bit rushed at the moment (apologies as didnt make it round all the return desks last week).
They will take a while to dry, bit I will hang them in my craft room for a couple of months before packing them for use.
Forgot my man dog cards this week too!!
Hope you are all good and happy WOYWW

well done on being chilli-sufficient! Hope you have a good week and happy WOYWW Helen #2
ReplyDeleteAre they ferociously hot or milder? They look the former but appearances can be deceiving! I love chilis but unfortunately they don’t like my system, sigh. Enjoy!

Great way to dry your chillies and they look good too, not sure I'd eat them though LOL. Hugs BJ#9
ReplyDeleteA chili string! Very cool. We have been pickling red onions a lot, The Hubster loved them an just about anything, so should really look at pickled chilis too. He would probably love them as well (although I tend to stay away even from the prep, when Nagas and Ghosts are his preferred variations)
ReplyDeleteHappy desk-hop day!

Your chillies look lovely. What variety are they? We have some Anchos but I’m finding them too hot, now.
ReplyDeleteTake care and happy WOYWW

these are Apache chillies, quite hot but not too
DeleteMy SIL didn’t have any success with growing chillies. It’s not something I buy as even mild ones are too hot for me. It’s great to be self sufficient. Happy WOYWW. Angela #13
ReplyDeleteI think I grew some sweet chillies years ago and they did quite well, these look really good. I like to use fresh ones in cooking but have to admit to having a jar of bought ones in the fridge. Have a good woyww, hugs Angela x12x
ReplyDeleteWell done being self sufficient in chillies Kyla. Hope the rest of the harvest is as good. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW, Sarah
