Woyww

Happy What's on your workdesk Wednesday. This week on my desk is LunchLady Jan's ATC and lovely card, so special and inspiring.
My desk this week is pretty much what its like most times in May and june.....cleaning of plant labels!! i reuse my labels for a few years (tried wooden ones but they warped) and clean them with acetone/nail varnish remover, ready for the next lot of seed sowing and transplanting for the allotments! As to my 'man bites dog' cards this week....headline is Actor Tricks Fake Killer!! there is deffo a film about that somewhere! kyla

  1. I reuse all my labels too, wooden ones look very chic but they don’t last! Glad you liked the card and ATC, I enjoyed sending them all out xx

  2. Happy WOYWW - Plumber, tree surgeon and painter/handyman all today so short and sweet!
LOL! We try to label things but are such rubbish gardeners it seems a bit pointless. I agree - surely a thriller?

  3. Hi Kyla. I have some labels that I cannot remember how old they are, when I'm not using them I keep them in a tin so the sun can't get at them and they seem to last ages. Sometimes it's a good thing that plastic lasts so long! Interesting 'Man bites Dog' too. Wishing you a happy woyww, hugs Angela x9x

  6. Good idea with the labels, we don’t grow food so I keep plant labels in a little book with their location so I can double check care and pruning instructions. When Bart retires and we finally make space and time for food growing, I’m going to have big show off labels so that I don’t need glasses to see em!!

  7. Not much for growing from seed, not dedicated enough so no real need for labels. good that you managed to re-use them.
Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx #10
